The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive HR strategies, plans, and processes across all branches to support the organization's goals. A fluent Arabic speaker is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management:
Draft RFPs, SOWs, KPIs, manpower plans, and budgets for contract finalization.
Review tenders and prepare objective reports.
Renew contracts according to agreed conditions and timelines.
Supplier Management:
Monitor daily compliance with scopes of work.
Investigate and ensure compliance with policies and processes.
Address and guide suppliers on any discrepancies, ensuring legal and organizational policy alignment.
Review HR reports from suppliers and flag performance gaps.
HR Policies and Processes:
Research industry practices, study relevant labor laws, and understand organizational practices.
Draft and amend policies.
Draft memos to branches and suppliers.
Develop HR processes and oversee their implementation.
Facilitate the implementation of Information Management Systems.
Guide suppliers on implementing organizational policies and any amendments.
Update policy and process manuals.
Prepare budgets for various contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Review structural changes proposed by branches and provide HR feedback.
Invoice Management:
Review invoices for accuracy.
Ensure invoices adhere to SOW compliance.
Confirm all payouts are made as per signed contracts.
