Manage the Employee Services operation and the team members to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned to ensure support to the business is consistent and effective.
Responsible for Medical Insurance, Business Trip, and Company Letters to complete the required responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.
Oversee the Pension operation and processes and provide necessary support to the HR Operations management to ensure effective delivery of other services, such as employee benefits and payroll.
Build sustainable working relationships with internal and external stakeholders by creating professional relationships to ensure process alignment and business continuity.
Provide necessary support to design/enhance the Employee Services Standard Operating Process (SOP), policies, procedures, and related tools and systems.
Conduct research focused on improving stakeholder satisfaction and service delivery, implementing enhancements effectively to increase satisfaction and productivity of the department.
Provide monthly reconciliation reports (such as SLA) and other status updates as necessary.
Perform other duties as needed or required, handling confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
Operating Environment
Office-based job; requires working longer hours on a computer.
Formal Education
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Master’s degree would be an advantage.
Work Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
