What you'll be doing:
The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the digital marketing strategy for the organization. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, increasing online engagement, and generating high-quality leads. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will leverage various digital channels such as social media, search engines, email campaigns, and content marketing to meet the organization's business goals. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage junior digital marketing staff, and report to the Senior Manager - Digital Marketing or Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, targeting both customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, display advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Ensure that digital marketing activities are data-driven, leveraging analytics and customer insights to guide campaign decisions. - Campaign Management & Optimization:
• Lead end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, including ideation, creation, testing, analysis, and reporting.
• Regularly monitor campaign performance (KPIs) and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI, ensuring that digital campaigns meet or exceed performance targets. - Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to monitor performance and track KPIs like traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Generate regular reports for senior management with actionable insights to guide future marketing efforts.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborative efforts with other departments such as sales, content, design, and IT. - Brand Awareness and Online Reputation Management:
• Drive initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility and recognition through digital channels.
• Monitor online reviews, customer feedback, and reputation management to ensure consistent and positive brand presence.
People Management:
The incumbent holds no direct supervisory responsibilities but is expected to engage effectively within their function and collaboratively across cross-functional teams. This role contributes meaningfully, whether through operational contributions and/or by offering specialized expertise, guidance, and support, to ensure alignment with either functional and/or strategic organizational goals and objectives.
Functional/Technical Competencies:
- Digital Marketing Tools & Platforms:
• Knowledge in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, MMP).
• Knowledge in CRM - E-mail marketing and Push Notifications. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Strong ability to interpret digital data and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Proficient in using reporting and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Power BI).
