Brief : Undertakes a variety of administrative and executive support related responsibilities to ensure efficient and effective operations across the MD’s Office.
Key Responsibilities :
Manages the Chairmans calendar, interacting with both internal and external executives and/or their offices to coordinate a variety of meetings, presentations, board meetings, and all relevant paperwork, agendas and ground logistics.
Managing private and commercial travel requests, both scheduled and adhoc for the Chairman, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground logistics. This also extends to group bookings, catering and conference facilities.
Assisting with strategic planning of group events including team building activities, townhalls, seminars and festive events.
Manages LPOs and POs for unbudgeted requests.
Drafting, editing and proof-reading emails, letters and internal communications.
Manages and maintains an electronic documentation control system to ensure ease of access to required information/documentation at all times.
Conducts research and carries out due diligence on specific subjects/products/services.
Manages corporate gifting and greetings all year round.
Identifies and implements improvements and modifications to clerical and administrative procedures to ensure the highest standards of clerical/administrative support to business activities.
Supporting priority and time-based projects and ongoing assignments including interior design projects, new launches, marketing activations, seasonal communications campaigns, digital and automation projects, etc.
Skills :
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent corporate communication skills
Tact and discretion
Candidates Requirements :
Bilingual – fluent in English (Arabic preferable)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with C-Suite Management or HNWI
