Our client, a professional administration office to a UHNW local businessman, requires an ultra organised Executive Assistant to work as part of their team. You will be ideally from professional services, hospitality or a private office background. You will understand local protocol, be polished have exceptional attention to detail and have immaculate presentation.
You will be used to working beyond 6pm as no two days are the same; this is a varied role.
You will be poised and able to hold your own but able to work in a team environment.
This is an amazing opportunity to really shine and take ownership for your work. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: complex travel arrangements both on private and commercial airlines; administration; research; organising events.
We are looking for an all rounder who is grounded, even in personality and highly skilled who has worked for C-level Directors for 8 years plus.
Salary c. 30,000 plus excellent benefits
