MISSIONS

Chaumet is looking for a Senior Events Specialist for its Middle East regional office for a full-time contract. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Middle East, you will have the opportunity to support with exciting events and regional activations:

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the local market to tailor and localize international events and retail animations from headquarters. Introduces innovative ideas, develops diverse concepts, and recommends suitable venues to enhance event effectiveness.
  • Support in setting up, organizing and monitoring events across the region (collection launches, cultural exhibitions, VIP & Press client treatments, press presentations, trade fairs, group events, etc.).
  • Takes ownership of the production and setup phases, ensuring alignment with headquarters standards, creative and production agencies. Maintains accountability for delivering high-quality event executions.
  • Identifies and evaluates various suppliers for each event, conducting price and quality comparisons to secure the best options. Fosters a positive and collaborative working environment for all supplier partners.
  • Coordinate the operational/logistical management of events with other internal teams (PR, Digital, Heritage, Retail, HQ, etc.) and external teams.
  • Participate in internal presentation, brainstorming and operational project monitoring meetings and other cross-functional meetings.
  • Be a force for proposing event concepts for each operation and ensure compliance with the Maison's codes/values in line with the brand guidelines.
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the event process, capable of creating detailed timelines, project plans, and post-event reports. Utilizes both quantitative and qualitative KPIs to assess event success and inform future strategies.
  • Actively contribute to the field realization of major events.
  • Optimize the digitalization of events.
  • Help in developing budgets and pre- and post-event invoicing monitoring.
  • Ensure competitive monitoring of the luxury retail and digital events sector.

Votre profil

  • Graduated with a master's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a company or agency.
  • Management of complexity (transversal projects) and significant work capacity.
  • Relational intelligence to lead, coordinate and exchange with different interlocutors including international.
  • Great sense of organization, detail and priorities, ability to synthesize.
  • Ability to convince to present projects, ideas and promote them.
  • Naturally autonomous and organized, you have team spirit and are proactive.
  • Interest for the jewellery industry.
  • Fluent English (French and Arabic are a plus) and mastery of the Office Pack.
