Senior Estimator - Metal Architecture

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator in Metal Architecture at ENG Worldwide located in Sharjah. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with estimating metal architecture projects, providing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

1. Estimating, Quantity Surveying, and Cost Estimation skills
2. Knowledge of metal architecture materials and construction techniques
3. Previous 4 to 6 years' work experience in metal work is a must.
4. Ability to review drawings for Metal & Glass handrails, Balustrades, Fences, Aluminum Casted Facades or CNC machined Facades, Decorative Architectural features, shaded pergolas is a must. Ability to review and cost traffic gantries and cantilever structures is desirable.
5. Experience in project management and budgeting
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
9. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel)
10. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Architecture, or related field
