Requirements:

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Fit-Out projects within the UAE
• Proven expertise in Design and Build projects, particularly in commercial fit-outs (corporate offices, villas, etc.)
• Basic understanding of MEP systems
• Ability to interpret and comprehend contractual terms and conditions
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and PlanSwift software
• Familiar with on-site work and project implementation processes
• In-depth knowledge of market rates for all relevant materials
• Capable of independently managing projects with minimal supervision
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented with effective time management skills and the ability to handle challenges
