Senior Estimator

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Interior Fit-out, MEP & Joinery in the UAE
• Minimum qualification - Bachelors in Civil Engineering
• Extensive knowledge of fit out & joinery procedure and processes.
• Read and interpret drawings and project contracts
• Prepare BOQs and quotations.
• Prepare tender submissions, assemble bids and proposals for various contract types.
• Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope of joinery, wooden and fit out works
• Liaise with procurement team regarding pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Should be able to handle both pre and post contract work, review the scope of works along with contract terms and conditions, and to prepare bill of materials/quantity take off/variations/invoicing, cost management etc.
• Be able to suggest value engineered alternatives to clients when facing budget constraints during tendering process.
• Collaborate with other estimators and operations team.
