Senior Estimator

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in a related field (Civil/Architectural Engineering)

Experience:

1. Proven track record of successfully completing major projects with reputable clients.
2. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in joinery/fit out in a well-established organization.
3. At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in the UAE.

Responsibilities

1. Thoroughly analyze project drawings and specifications to develop accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
2. Prepare comprehensive cost estimates using industry-standard software and tools.
3. Collaborate with subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for various project components.
4. Conduct site visits to gather essential information for accurate estimation.
5. Maintain a cost database for efficient analysis and reporting.
