Senior Estimator

Position: Senior Estimator/Quantity Surveyor (Tendering)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in the UAE/GCC countries.
• Experience in building and infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of MEP and other engineering disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of market rates and construction standards in the UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender and contract documents, and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Prepare tender/bid documentation and project costing.
• Knowledge in preparing variation costs, compensation claims, additional works, and time extensions.
• Conduct site measurements, valuations, and quantify materials required for the scope of work.
• Prepare cost estimates for budgeting and financial planning.
