Job Description

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for fit-out and interior design projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and materials to determine costs.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to source accurate market prices for materials and services.
• Work closely with the design and project management teams to align estimates with project objectives.
• Monitor and update cost data, ensuring consistency with UAE market standards.
• Prepare value engineering options to optimize project budgets.
• Assist in project tendering and bid submissions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation, preferably with UAE-based companies in the interior design and fit-out sector.
• Software Proficiency: Mandatory: Estimation and construction software. Advantageous: Experience using SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, materials, and suppliers.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
