Senior Estimation Civil Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimation Engineer with 810 years of UAE experience in estimation and quantity takeoff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction infrastructure landscape and commercial buildings and be proficient in CCS Candy Software.
Key Responsibilities: Estimation: Perform detailed estimation and quantity takeoff for building construction infrastructure landscape and commercial building projects.
Tender Analysis: Analyse tender documents and prepare comprehensive proposals.
Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers leveraging extensive knowledge of the UAE market.
Project Documentation: Maintain accurate estimation documentation and records.
Software Proficiency: Utilize CCS Candy Software for estimation tasks.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering (BE/BTech/BSc. civil).
810 years of UAE experience in estimation and quantity takeoff.
Proficiency in CCS Candy Software.
