Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the service sales portfolio. Identify new business opportunities within the Facilities Management (FM) sector, existing customer base, and contractor networks. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop competitive service packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with FM companies, building owners, contractors, and vertical transportation consultants. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions (e.g., preventative maintenance contracts, modernization projects). Prepare compelling proposals and quotations with competitive pricing and terms. Oversee the order booking process and ensure smooth project handoff to the service team.
Being customer-oriented, coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements. Go the extra mile to meet commitments. Coordinate with the site team for material delivery from technicians to contractors.
