Senior Engineer - Production (Weld line)

Role & responsibilities :

1. Responsible for Weld Line In-charge (Desirables CO2/MIG/MAG weld)
2. Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding and defects control system.
3. Responsible for production target and assigned KPI
4. Manpower handling, Effective Line / shift Manpower allocations
5. Bus body structure, Shell and paneling line processes
6. Responsible for the production line Productivity, WIS, standards, JH & Systems
7. Responsible for preparing various production documentation & reports
8. Candidate primarily responsible for 5S, safety, and shift performance of the line
9. 5S, 7QC Tools, TPM, TQM, HIRA improvement projects

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Highly preferable candidate with existing experience in Bus manufacturing industry / OEM / Tier 1
2. Production Engineer / Line In-charge / Bus Body - Weld shop Vehicle production / Automobile Production
3. Candidate can join within a maximum duration of 45 days
