Our client, a global group and premium fashion accessories brand based in Dubai, both online and retail store, is experiencing strong growth and is now looking to recruit the best talent for their business. They are seeking a seasoned E-commerce Specialist with expertise in Shopify to lead their dynamic team within Dubai's thriving fashion retail sector. This role demands not only proficiency in Shopify but also a strategic understanding of e-commerce as a business driver. You'll spearhead our online retail presence, integrating various platforms and strategies to optimize growth and elevate our brand in the competitive Dubai market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor the fashion retail team, providing strategic direction and hands-on support in Shopify utilization and e-commerce best practices.
2. Develop comprehensive training modules encompassing Shopify functionality, digital marketing strategies, SEO tactics, and omni-channel integration to empower team members for success.
3. Proactively identify and address Shopify-related challenges, optimizing performance and user experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Collaborate closely with marketing and merchandising departments to align Shopify strategies with broader brand objectives, leveraging digital channels and influencer partnerships for maximum impact.
5. Stay abreast of e-commerce trends and technological advancements, proposing innovative solutions and platform integrations to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
6. Conduct regular audits of our Shopify store, employing analytics tools to glean insights into customer behavior and inform strategic decision-making.
7. Forge strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, negotiating collaborations to amplify our brand presence across digital platforms and retail channels.
8. Oversee the seamless integration of Shopify with logistics and CRM systems, optimizing order fulfillment processes and enhancing the customer journey.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. 5 years of hands-on experience in Shopify management within the fashion retail sector.
3. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes.
4. Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and creativity, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
5. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on industry trends.
