YOUR ROLE

• You will handle all types of civil/commercial cases before local courts in the UAE to including preparation of cases for filling online, follow ups, attending online hearings, handling enforcement of judgments procedures.
• Assist clients in real estate transactions and disputes before all local authorities.
• Assist client in employment matters and disputes.
• Liaise with government authorities and diverse judicial departments in the UAE.
• Conduct continuous legal research and prepare articles and commentary notes on laws.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a university degree in law from a reputable law university in Middle East. Master of Laws (LL.M.) from a western university will be considered as an advantage.
• You have gained minimum 8 years solid experience in a reputable UAE/Egypt law firm.
• You are open-minded, motivated, flexible, capable of working independently and eager to develop strong relationships with clients in a very dynamic and demanding environment.
• You are service oriented and have excellent analytical writing skills.
