Senior Director / Managing Director - M&A | Dubai

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Director, Managing Director for a leading Mergers & Acquisitions team in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to join a top-tier advisory firm, where you will leverage your expertise to drive deal origination and execution across the Middle Eastern market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Originate and lead M&A transactions with an annual fee generation target of $2.5M-$3.5M.
2. Leverage an established network in the Middle East to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
3. Manage end-to-end deal processes, from origination through to completion.
4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored M&A solutions.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in originating $2.5M+ in annual fees.
2. Sector-agnostic or experience in Industrials, Energy, or Business Services.
3. Demonstrated network and relationships within the Middle Eastern region.
4. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
5. Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
