Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive the strategic digital transformation and shape the daily digital marketing agenda in Eurasia and Middle East Operating Unit. This role needs to collaborate with cross-functional teams including DAO (Digital Acceleration Office), Marketing Categories, Human Insights, DTS (Digital and Technology Service) and other internal or external brand development teams, to ensure seamless integration of consumer experience and achieve the company's digital objectives.
