Job Position: Senior Digital Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Digital Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both direct and agency clients while identifying and securing new digital advertising opportunities across the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with clients across various industries in the GCC, pitching tailored digital advertising packages.
• Conduct regular client meetings (online and in-person) to explore new and existing advertising opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted media buying expert, effectively managing relationships with digital agencies and direct advertisers.
• Identify and pursue leads across diverse industries to develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Devise and implement innovative sales strategies aligned with current market trends and emerging technologies, educating clients through a consultative approach.
• Analyze client requirements in detail, create innovative sales plans, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations and case studies customized to client needs.
• Accurately maintain records of contracts, collection schedules, payment proofs, and other critical information.
• Demonstrate creativity and efficiency in achieving revenue targets within specified timelines, while multitasking effectively.
• Exhibit expertise in digital ad formats and social media ad strategies specific to the publishing industry.
• Craft compelling proposals for clients, utilizing various models such as CPM, CPC, CPA, and CPL.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital sales within the media industry.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• In-depth knowledge of digital ad formats and inventory.
• Willingness to engage in outdoor media sales regularly.
