Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team of our client, who is one of the largest semi-governmental organisations in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate is a digital marketing expert with a proven track record of running high-impact campaigns, optimizing SEO strategies, and driving lead generation.

This is a 12 month contract which is renewable based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEM, PPC, and SMA campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
2. Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword management and content optimization to improve organic search rankings.
3. Drive lead generation strategies and manage lead flows, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
4. Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Liana, ensuring high open and conversion rates.
5. Maintain and optimize the organization's website content through WordPress and Sitecore, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
6. Monitor digital marketing performance, provide actionable insights, and generate reports for key stakeholders.
7. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
2. Extensive hands-on experience in managing SEM, PPC, and SMA campaigns.
3. Strong expertise in SEO strategy development and keyword management.
4. Proficiency with email marketing tools (such as Liana) and experience executing successful EDM campaigns.
5. Solid knowledge of WordPress and Sitecore for website content management.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
7. Excellent project management skills and a detail-oriented approach.
