Job Summary:
The Senior Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online performance, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to enhance organic and paid search performance.
- Create and manage a content marketing strategy that includes blog posts, videos, infographics, and other content types to engage and educate our target audience.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, to increase engagement and build a loyal customer base.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive repeat purchases.
- Optimize product listings and advertising strategies on marketplaces such as Amazon and Lulu to maximize visibility and sales.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and enhance our brand presence.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and improve the customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within an e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Whatsapp Automation).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
