Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive growth and brand awareness. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other departments to ensure all campaigns align with our business goals and brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Execution: Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and drive traffic to our website.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  3. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and high-quality content for digital channels.
  4. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  5. Affiliate Management: Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs to ensure maximum ROI.
  6. Creative Content Strategist: Research for new product format, study website UI/UX best practices.
  7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  8. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
  10. AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and technologies to optimize content creation and campaign performance.
  11. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep our strategies current and effective.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and performance optimization.

Skills:

  1. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
  2. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  3. Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  4. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
