  1. Strategize and oversee the comprehensive execution of brand-building initiatives across prominent digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, to foster consistent brand visibility, audience engagement, and sustained growth.
  2. Develop and manage an advanced content calendar that seamlessly integrates evolving market trends, business priorities, and creative storytelling to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with the brand’s identity.
  3. Conceptualize and implement high-impact digital campaigns that align with core business goals, collaborating with internal creative, content, and design teams to deliver unified messaging and optimize audience touchpoints.
  4. Analyze campaign performance through detailed reporting, continuously optimizing budgets, ad spends, and strategic levers to maximize return on investment (ROI) and ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).

Influencer Marketing & Strategic Partnerships

  1. Identify, evaluate, and foster collaborations with influential content creators, industry thought leaders, and relevant stakeholders whose audiences align with the brand’s target demographics and positioning.
  2. Design and execute authentic influencer marketing strategies, negotiating deliverables and performance metrics to drive customer acquisition, elevate brand visibility, and ensure measurable results through data-backed assessments.
  3. Build long-term influencer relationships and partnerships, cultivating sustainable advocacy while tracking campaign success against engagement, growth, and ROI metrics.

Marketing Strategy, Competitor Analysis & Event Execution

  1. Partner with senior marketing leadership to develop and implement holistic strategies that integrate digital marketing initiatives with offline activations, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
  2. Conduct rigorous competitor analysis and market research to identify key trends, consumer insights, and areas of opportunity, delivering actionable recommendations that ensure market differentiation and competitive advantage.
  3. Plan, coordinate, and oversee impactful on-ground activations such as store openings, experiential campaigns, and product activations, ensuring smooth execution, alignment with the brand’s identity, and heightened customer engagement.

Customer Engagement, CRM Optimization & Loyalty Programs

  1. Develop and implement robust CRM frameworks to enhance customer retention, improve lifetime value, and deliver personalized experiences across multiple audience touchpoints.
  2. Leverage consumer insights, feedback, and behavioral analytics to refine customer engagement strategies while ensuring seamless complaint resolution processes in collaboration with customer service teams.
  3. Conceptualize and manage customer loyalty programs with incentive-driven structures, continuously evaluating program performance to optimize engagement and foster brand advocacy.

SEO, Content Management & Analytics

  1. Oversee the execution of comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance digital visibility, ensuring all content across websites, blogs, and assets adheres to search optimization best practices and drives targeted traffic.
  2. Collaborate with content creators and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital assets that reflect user intent, maintain relevance, and contribute to sustained audience engagement.
  3. Leverage advanced analytics tools to monitor performance metrics across campaigns, social media platforms, and influencer partnerships, providing detailed performance reports for senior leadership and recommending optimization strategies to meet business goals.

Visual Merchandising, Product Launches & Partnerships

  1. Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to conceptualize and execute in-store activations, displays, and store layouts that resonate with customer preferences, particularly within Arabic markets, ensuring aesthetic appeal and strategic product placement.
  2. Lead the planning and execution of product launches for high-value collections, including 21KT gold and diamond assortments, with a targeted focus on culturally relevant campaigns for key markets.
  3. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with mall management, event organizers, and complementary brands, negotiating opportunities for exclusive tie-ups, co-branded promotions, and elevated market visibility.
