Senior Digital Designer

Job Description
Our client is searching for an experienced conceptual digital designer to join their team here in Dubai. Our client is a retail group working with some of the most prestigious retail and beauty brands. They are looking for a creative designer who is comfortable with ideation and not just adhering to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Design engaging and inspiring digital creative across multiple channels, including CRM, digital marketing, social media, and website assets.
2. Collaborate with the Lead Digital Creative and Social Media team to respond to briefs effectively.
3. Ensure all creative adheres to style guidelines and articulates brand objectives.
4. Create mock-ups and presentations to showcase ideas and executions for approval.
5. Promote fresh ideas and approaches by combining cultural awareness with an inquiring mind.
6. Work with UX and Development teams to enhance the digital experience.

What You'll Bring:

1. 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the industry.
2. A degree or equivalent combination of education, along with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and typography skills.
3. Proven design experience within the fashion industry or retail, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in After Effects.
4. Experience designing for both offline/print and digital channels.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to work quickly from concept to finished product, adhering to stringent deadlines.
7. Experience designing in Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.
