Aldar Education is seeking a high-performing Elementary Coordinator for an August 2024 start. The vacancy is in ADNOC School – Ghayathi Campus, Western Region in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities :

• Support middle / senior leaders in promoting and developing a vision for the future of the school; demonstrating inspirational leadership and creativity
• Play a significant role in the school improvement planning process
• Contribute to the identification of key areas of strength and weakness in the school
• Develop and enhance a culture of teamwork
• Contribute to the self-evaluation of the school
• Maintain a high profile as an example of best practices within the classroom
• Lead, develop, and monitor whole school assessment
• Carry out regular Teaching & Learning reviews
• Share responsibility for the analysis of key school performance data
• Oversee the development of effective timetabling
• Coach and develop staff to maximize impact on effective teaching and learning
• Support the target-setting process
• Implement strategies to promote high standards of behavior
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes achieved from classroom practice
• Contribute to the creation of a positive school ethos
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the delegated areas of responsibility
