The Opportunity

Drive cloud innovation by developing and managing Azure infrastructure and policies with Terraform. Automate deployments via CI/CD pipelines and scripting, ensuring security and compliance. Contribute to cutting-edge solutions and enhance user experiences while expanding your Azure expertise. Collaborate with a high-performing team and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code: Utilize Terraform to define and manage cloud infrastructure, policy definitions, and reproducible deployments.
• Azure Policy Development: Collaborate in the creation, customization, and implementation of Azure Policies.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and code versioning platforms, in order to automate application deployment processes and enhance development workflows.
• Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in developing automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
• Cloud Stack Expertise: Familiarity with the Azure cloud stack to optimize and troubleshoot cloud-based solutions.
• Security Compliance: Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all deployed systems and processes.
• Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions for enhancing user experiences.

Qualifications

(a) Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, with a strong focus on cloud environments. Azure stack experience is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Extensive experience with the Azure cloud stack and its services.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in PowerShell/Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with JSON manipulation for policy and configuration management.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

(b) Preferred:

• Certification in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or AZ-400).
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies (Azure + AWS/GCP).
• Proven experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.
