Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Designer to join our dynamic team for a project of 2 months. The Designer will work closely with the Digital team in the development, implementation and delivery of marketing, advertising & social media design material, corporate brand and communication tools. He will be responsible for generating creative design ideas and developing visual communication concepts. This role is a fully seconded position on the client side based in Abu Dhabi.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Designs and develops multimedia-based layouts, graphics, animation, video, sound and/or content for clients use in presentations, video productions, multimedia programs, websites, and other electronic media.
- Works with clients and project team to review and recommend design options, functionality, and programming needs.
- Designs Web interfaces: develops layout design and concept, selects and secures appropriate illustrative materials to be used, create engaging animations using After Effects & other animation applications.
- Creates visual representations of concepts and ideas.
- Creates clear content structure and categorization.
- Has great design and visual skills with knowledge of different software.
- Translates business needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into designs that are visually exciting, audience-centered, and emotionally engaging.
- Identifies problems and executes effective solutions.
Requirements
- BA/BFA in Design, or a strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and visually compelling, practical, and emotionally engaging design work.
- 5+ years of experience in PR, advertising, branding, or agency work.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and incorporate feedback to improve designs.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude toward pursuing innovative ideas that inspire action.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels.
- Solution-driven creative skills with a flair for art direction and animation.
- Strong client relationship and customer service skills.
- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in video editing.
- Role may require working beyond regular working hours or during weekends based on client requirements.
- Must reside in Abu Dhabi or be willing to relocate.
- Must be on their own residency.
- Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
