Senior Data Analyst

Our client, a Top Crypto Exchange Company with a strong presence globally and a good reputation in the blockchain industry, is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a young and energetic team with strong growth opportunities!

Responsibilities

1. Analyze large datasets using advanced analytics tools and techniques.
2. Develop a comprehensive, accurate, and objective indicator system and monitoring framework aligned with business goals and models, enabling clear insights into overall business performance and identification of key issues.
3. Conduct in-depth thematic analysis to address business challenges, providing data-driven insights and supporting decision-making for operational strategies, marketing approaches, and product direction.
4. Apply analytical methods and monitoring frameworks to extract data product requirements, working with teams such as development and product to ensure successful implementation of data products.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize training and knowledge-sharing sessions on data technologies, concepts, skills, and tools to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
2. At least 3-5 years of work experience as a Data Analyst in Web3 or Ecommerce.
3. Proficient in data extraction tools such as SQL and operating tools such as Tableau.
4. Experience in digital currency, internet, and Ecommerce is preferred.
5. Relocation to Dubai is required if candidates are based outside of Dubai.
6. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
