Al Taif Group is currently looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer. The ideal candidate must have the below qualifications:
OSCP Certified
Broad background of networks, operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux), firewalls, and security engineering concepts.
Knowledge of scripting languages (C++, C#, Perl, CGI, HTML, Java, TCL, Shell, Python) will be an added advantage.
Experience with Nessus, NMAP, Backtrack, Metasploit, HPing, and similar toolsets like RetinaCS, Qualys.
Knowledge of Network Security technology in areas of Firewall, IPS, VPN, and Gateway security solutions (proxy, web filtering).
In-depth understanding of Common Vulnerability Exposure (CVE) and Cert advisory database.
In-depth knowledge of SIEM Log monitoring tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct Vulnerability Assessments & black-box/grey box penetration tests on system & network infrastructure; web, mobile, API, and thick-client applications using various open source, commercial tools, and manual testing methods. IoT and OT assessment skill is preferred.
Research and maintain proficiency in computer network exploitation, tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network vulnerabilities, data hiding, network security, and encryption.
Conduct penetration tests and launch exploits using Nmap, Nessus, Metasploit, Backtrack, and Kali Linux penetration testing toolsets.
Conduct web, mobile, and thick-client application assessments based on industry standards/benchmarks like OWASP.
Conduct assessments using relevant automated tools and complement with manual reviews.
