WeAreAspire is working with a leading events organisation based in Dubai, seeking an experienced Senior CRM Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader with a passion for data-driven decision-making to drive CRM excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of a CRM strategy to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Oversee the implementation and optimisation of the MS Dynamics CRM platform, including integrations with other key systems.
Use Power BI to create reports and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with organisational goals.
Manage data integrity, ensuring compliance with GDPR and maintaining accurate customer information across systems.
Lead and develop the CRM team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Serve as the main point of contact for CRM-related queries and provide training and support to users across the business.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
Proven ability to deliver business improvement through CRM systems.
Familiarity with AI and data analytics.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into plans.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a team.
Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
