Senior Creative Producer

Chalhoub are currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Producer to lead and manage fashion photography production across BAU and campaign shoots. This role requires a strong production background within luxury e-commerce, editorial, or high-end fashion brands.

The ideal candidate will be adept at scheduling, budgeting, logistics, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring seamless execution of all shoots with a focus on creative production with in-house teams.

What you'll be doing

Production & Scheduling

• Oversee production scheduling for all BAU shoots for creative and E-commerce (pre-production, shoot days, post-production, and asset handover).
• Manage full production lifecycle for Campaign shoots, ensuring seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain a monthly and yearly production calendar in alignment with creative and marketing goals.
• Define and manage workflows to meet asset deadlines across all digital and print channels.
• Lead weekly creative & daily Ecom production meetings to track schedules, address potential issues, and liaise with key stakeholders.
• Source and book models, photographers, hair & makeup artists, stylists, locations, equipment, and props in consultation with in-house creative management team.
• Prepare and communicate detailed production schedules and timelines to all key stakeholders.
• Oversee on-set production ensuring smooth logistics for all external teams (models, hair & makeup artists, etc.).
• Maintain a strong network of local talent and ensure compliance with UAE production regulations.

Budgeting & Cost Management

• Manage all production budgets effectively, tracking expenses across all shoots.
• Handle all quotes, invoices, purchase orders (POs), and billing, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
• Maintain clear tracking of all external costs and generate quarterly budget reports.

Workflow & Asset Delivery

• Develop and implement standardized workflow procedures across all production channels.
• Deliver a seasonal shoot calendar to ensure alignment with creative and digital content teams in our brands.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure all assets meet business and brand objectives.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in shoot production, ideally within luxury fashion e-commerce, editorial, or high-end brand production.
• Strong knowledge of UAE production regulations and requirements.
• Established network of local talent, production resources, and suppliers.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to liaise with multiple teams and ensure seamless production.
• Proven ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, with a strong ability to problem-solve.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high production standards.
