Repair, maintenance & test of cranes & lifting equipment including but not limited to:
Conduct independently offshore crane condition evaluations.
Provide accurate identification of all components, report on conditions and provide sufficient information to order correct spare parts.
Ensure workshop is kept clean & tidy and all company equipment is kept in good order.
Ensure project requirements are met within the time allowed.
Ensure constant improvement of safety, performance, and quality standards.
Ensure all ongoing work is correctly risk assessed and identify/action new assessments.
Work as part of a team with other departments.
Uphold the standards of the company and work in line with the company's objectives.
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in mechanical operations or maintenance, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Mechanical diploma or equivalent (SVQ, city & guilds etc.).
Must have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate staff for teamwork.
Good in English language (reading, writing and communication skills).
Good working knowledge of MS office programs.
Experience in repair & maintenance of cranes related equipment.
Experience in working to schedules.
