Senior Corporate Lawyer

Responsibilities:

1. Handle corporate disputes, litigation, and legal issues.
2. Manage litigation portfolios and collaborate with local advocates.
3. Build relationships with Emirati lawyers for effective representation.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
5. Represent the organization in legal proceedings and mediations.
6. Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
7. Advise senior management on risk and dispute resolution.
8. Liaise with external counsel to manage legal services efficiently.

Requirements:

1. Law degree (LLB); LLM preferred.
2. 10+ years of experience in corporate law, focusing on disputes and litigation.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE legal frameworks and court procedures.
4. Established network with Emirati lawyers.
5. Proficient in English; Arabic preferred.
6. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases under pressure.
