Responsibilities:
Jointly with products partners, identifying and leading tailored marketing of products addressing clients' needs.
Leading credit risk and other internal approval processes for all credit across loans and Markets exposure.
Revenue responsibility for top line growth as well as for sound risk return metrics and KPIs set by the business.
Being the first line of defence for continuous credit quality monitoring.
Onboarding of target clients and presentation of the respective business and credit cases to the relevant internal partners and committees.
Providing deal execution support to senior MENA bankers for debt and Financial advisory assignments, overseeing Analyst/Associate work, coordinating across multiple product groups, finalizing all client submissions, and being the primary client interface. Up to 30% of the Corporate Banker's time will be allocated for this role.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven Corporate/Investment Banking experience across the Middle East.
Proven ability to develop client relationships, win new business, close transactions and build networks, both internally and externally.
In-depth knowledge of banking products.
Risk management expertise with experience in originating credit and debt capital markets transactions.
Proven influencing skills with a track record of managing cross-cultural environments and inter-department collaboration.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
Creative, inclusive and an innovative team player.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner.
Must be willing to travel regionally and internationally.
