As the Head of Copywriting, you will lead a team of talented copywriters to craft compelling and creative narratives across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate closely with creative marketing, design, and other key stakeholders to ensure every campaign and piece of content aligns strategically with business goals. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative, you will ensure the copy team's output reflects the overarching creative vision and stays true to each brand's tone and personality.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Quality Control:
- Oversee the creation of all written content, ensuring it is compelling, on-brand, and error-free.
- Review and approve copy for all channels, including digital, social, email, in-app messaging, print, and OOH campaigns.
- Ensure all copy is appropriately adapted between English and Arabic, maintaining cultural relevance and accuracy.
- Implement a quality control process to guarantee the highest standard of content production.
- Develop and execute a copywriting strategy that aligns with each platform's brand identity and creative goals.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions, ensuring messaging aligns with each brand's vision and resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate with the Head of Creative, creative marketing, design, and product teams to craft cohesive campaign narratives.
- Ensure all content, from copy to visuals, aligns with the overall brand direction and storytelling goals.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the copywriting team and other departments, including creative marketing, design, production, brand, content, and product teams.
- Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to senior stakeholders, securing buy-in and approval for messaging.
