Senior Coordinator – Terminal Service Delivery Admin

The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. As our airports are the world’s busiest, it’s fast-paced and a real challenge. They see that the operational plan is followed, and issues are dealt with across terminals, regular operations, incidents, and crisis handling. The operation has to be industry-leading, and it always is.

What You'll Deliver

1. You’ll provide administrative support for day-to-day operations, HR documentation, new staff induction, and adherence to HR requirements within the TSD department (excluding COO Office).
2. You’ll coordinate training needs, manage scheduling within budget, and track progress while generating compliance reports for mandatory training in TSD.
3. You’ll support the development of initiatives, policies, and procedures to improve department efficiency and ensure adherence to processes and quality standards.
4. You’ll manage and issue security passes for the department and third parties, including airport security passes for staff, contractors, and equipment.

What You Bring

1. You’ll be educated to a bachelor's degree specialized in computer science, business, management, economics, administration, arts, or equivalent.
2. You’ll have at least 6 months to 3 years of experience in general administration services.
3. You’ll have excellent communication skills.
