Senior Contracts Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Contract Management - Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute all types of contracts including but not limited to formal, short form, and annual contracts.
2. Advise and assist the Management and Projects on all commercial and contractual matters.
3. Attend Project meetings where necessary and provide advice on commercial and contractual matters.
4. Provide contractual advice or interpretation when required.
5. Assist Project Manager in mitigating and performing risk assessment in contracts.
6. Provide assistance to Project Management Team in analyzing cost and time impact (if any).
7. Ensure proper project close out and any contract related requirement.
8. Provide the necessary guidance to members of the contracts team on contractual and commercial issues.
