Senior Contracts & Construction Manager

We are looking for a Senior Contracts & Construction Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities and skills:

• Minimum of 15 years work experience in Architecture, Design, Construction, Contracts Management field
• Excellent knowledge of FIDIC Forms of Contract
• Variations, Disputes & Claims Management
• Procurement process for Contractors and Consultants
• Tender Process Management
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Project Scheduling Experience
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Negotiation Skills

Key tasks:

• Contracts Management for Design Projects, including:
  
  • Review of Consultancy Agreements upstream
  • Appointment of sub-consultants
• Contracts Management for Site Supervision Projects, including:
  
  • Contract Administration
  • Invoice review upstream and downstream (supporting the finance team)
  • Variations and Claims Management
