Role: Senior Contracts Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:
Specialist P2P / Contracts is a unique techno-functional role with good system and process knowledge on Sourcing, Contract Management, and Buying modules.

• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in supporting SAP ARIBA P2P solution which includes Contract Management solution, Sourcing, Supplier Performance, and information management.
• Must have good understanding of the procurement process and supplier management, also have working knowledge of sourcing and selection process of suppliers.
• Monitoring and reporting procurement contractual agreements.
• Must possess strong analytical skills and should be able to perform RCA's and propose permanent fixes for issues related to contract management, Sourcing, P2P.
• Broad knowledge of spend management strategies and/or procurement, sourcing, contract management, category management, and supplier performance & information management.
• Good experience in generating reports to enable data-driven decisions.
• Support all stakeholders including suppliers, buyers, and business units.

• Responsible for working with buyers, category managers, and business units.
• Responsible for working with suppliers.
• Provide best practices around SAP Ariba.
• Responsible for carrying out online/onsite training and coaching to end users and technical team.
• Comfortable documenting all changes proposed and made in Ariba and updating control documents, plus communicating to all impacted stakeholders.
• Loading troubleshooting catalog files into the SAP Ariba P2P system.
• Strong proficiency with transactional purchasing systems catalogs and formats.
• Responsible for maintenance of catalogs within the P2P systems with regular system checks.
• Responsible for preparation and regular updates of training manuals/FAQs.

• Extensive experience in SAP Ariba P2P, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management.
• Good understanding of the entire SAP Ariba suite (Ariba Buying, SIPM, Sourcing, eInvoicing, Contracts, etc.).
• Must have experience of at least one ERP (SAP/Oracle) specific to Supply Chain.
• Maintain desired certificates in Ariba.
