Senior Content Executive

We're currently recruiting for a Senior Content Executive as part of the growth of our Content team.

Responsibilities

1. Researching trending topics within a variety of industries.
2. Perform localized keyword research and map to optimize existing pages and uncover new opportunities.
3. Create or optimize current copy on a client’s website, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, on-page text, internal linking opportunities, anchor text, alt tags, etc.
4. Writing new SEO-friendly copy for pages on a client's website or a 3rd party website (brand/product-based or as part of their blog section).
5. On-page opportunity analysis: Should be able to assess a website and its individual pages to list out opportunities for optimization.
6. Provide new recommendations and execute strategies instructed by account and content managers for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific.
7. Utilize proprietary and third-party industry reporting, analysis, and insight tools.
8. Ensure all content is grammatically correct, adheres to brand voice guidelines, and is fact-checked for accuracy.
9. Keep up to date with the latest SEO updates and industry changes.
10. Review content and provide SEO-based recommendations.

Qualifications

1. 2 to 3 years of experience in content writing, including 1 year of SEO content experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic communication skills.
3. Familiarity with content optimization tools: Semrush, SEOsurfer, ChatGPT, Grammarly.
4. Extreme attention to detail and proofreading skills.
5. The ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
