Senior Consulting Manager

Qualifications:

• 10 - 12 years of relevant experience working on human capital problems within a consulting environment, ideally with one of the Big 4 firms, a HR consultancy, or a global strategy house, or in a challenging in-house role.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload while being resilient and able to cope well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proven IT skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where project requirements dictate.
• Exposure to data gathering techniques and analysis, and the ability to report insights in a clear and effective way is desirable.
• Ability to evaluate and manage our clients' unique challenges in order to maximize their return on the overall investment in human capital.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
