About the Roles

Focus on clients' strategic, operational, financial, and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies, and other stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and client service.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supervising client engagements while working closely with other directors and senior consultants.
2. Preparing work products, financial statements, models, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
3. Conducting discussions with clients, updating Managing Directors, and helping resolve analytical and technical problems as they arise.
4. Understanding, synthesizing, and analysing large amounts of data associated with complex restructuring, due diligence, and litigation cases.
5. Presenting relevant analysis and summaries for interested parties including clients, management, or attorneys.
