We are currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant - Transformation to join our Transformation and Quality Assurance team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.
Scope: The primary focus is to lead in collaboration with business units to develop group-wide strategies, manage transformation strategic projects and programs, and govern the established project management office while continuously enhancing the group-wide transformation capabilities through a learning and development framework. The responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, leading group-wide change management programs, continuously assessing and improving the maturity of established project management office governance.
- Support to establish the annual continuous improvement financial hard savings target at both the organization and department level
- Manage group-wide performance on continuous improvement financial targets while effectively supporting underperforming departments and monitoring progress
- Lead the development of the project business case and support to maintain associated project cost budgets
- Collaborate with the finance team to enhance the effectiveness of the financial benefit realization process, which includes the identification, measurement, validation, and reporting of achievements
- Support the business development, client relationship building, and market research activities to drive revenue growth from the external consultancy business
- Lead in collaboration with business units, finance, and procurement to identify opportunities associated with revenue growth, cost reduction, cost avoidance, and overall profit and loss (P&L) impact
- Lead execution of strategic transformation initiatives that are aligned with the board of directors’ growth vision and achieve tangible financial outcomes
Customer
- Maintain strong relationships with the leadership team, business unit heads, and support function leads serving as the primary point of contact for assigned initiatives
- Plan and gather valuable feedback from stakeholders during and post-implementation of initiatives that leads to overall transformation and capabilities improvement opportunities
Process
- Support to develop comprehensive transformation department strategies that are aligned with the organization vision and objectives
- Lead a strategic cross-functional transformation program which includes developing a project execution framework, defining project scope, objectives, and associated benefits
- Support the department's balance scorecard adherence to objectives, effectively resolving underperformance against monthly targets, monitoring, and reporting progress
- Advocate the group-wide change and continuous improvement culture while leading workshops, governing change management methods and facilitating employee engagements
- Govern and develop the policy, objectives, processes, standards, and monitoring of project management office methodology (PMO) while continuously monitoring and improving the maturity of the overall governance
- Lead group-wide training need analysis to identify skills gap that lead to the development of essential training programs
- Manage the execution of a group-wide transformation learning and development framework while supporting training module development, training delivery, and mentoring trainees towards successful implementation
- Support the capability development and mentoring of transformation colleagues in project execution and other day-to-day task execution
- Lead a data collection exercise that includes a measurement system reliability assessment, data collection tool development, leading workshop with subject matter experts, and record management
- Lead problem-solving and deep-dive sessions enabled by complex process and data analysis to discover root causes that leads to identification of ideal solutions
- Lead solution identification and requirement gathering session using relevant creative thinking tools, prioritization method and solution design principles
- Stay updated with global best practices in transformation to continuously drive innovation and change within the organization
- Lead group-wide workshop sessions focused on problem-solving, innovative idea creation, solution design and production management
- Support the group-wide enterprise system implementations project with developing process architecture design, collaborating in future-state solution design and developing control governance to sustain process performance
Skills
Selection Criteria
Experience
- 5 years work experience as a Transformation consultant or project manager
- 8 years work experience in project management
- 3 years work experience in project management office governance
- 3 years work experience in change management
- Experience in leading cross-functional strategic programs and projects
- Experience in leading people, mentoring and developing capabilities
- Experience in developing learning and development framework and training delivery
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required
- Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred
- Lean Six Sigma black belt is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
