Halian are currently looking for a Senior Consultant who will be responsible for end-to-end implementations of Recruiting SuccessFactors for our client within the IT Consultancy industry.

1. Proven experience in implementing SuccessFactors Recruiting (Recruiting Management, Marketing, and Onboarding).
2. Certified in relevant SuccessFactors modules (latest certification preferred).
3. Strong knowledge of global recruiting best practices and compliance.
4. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 end-to-end implementation projects.
5. Immediate joiners or candidates available within 1 month are preferred.
