Halian is currently looking for a Senior Consultant who will be responsible for end-to-end implementations of Employee Central Success Factors for our client within the IT Consultancy industry.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in end-to-end implementations of Employee Central.
• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central (latest certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of HRIS, time management, and global HR compliance.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 end-to-end implementation projects.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 1 month are preferred.
