Job Description:

• Structuring, execution and completion of international consulting projects on your own responsibility in the field of markets, strategy & business transformation, and operations improvement with a focus on implementation.
• Management of global teams with staff responsibility.
• Support in the acquisition of new consulting projects.
• Expansion and development of methods and consultancy approaches.
• Management of challenging and diversified projects, such as elaboration and execution of market studies including investment strategies and feasibility studies; development and implementation of business strategies; etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experts with at least 5 years of work experience in Strategy & Markets consulting with project planning and management experience and responsibility for project teams.
• Above-average degree of a Master’s program in the field of Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• First experience of multi project management and in the field of personnel management.
• Experience in the steel / metals industry.
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as methodological expertise.
• Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of regional language is a plus.
• Distinctive social competence, strong communication and leadership skills.
• Mobility and the desire to work in an international and dynamic environment.
• Passionate about mega trends and decarbonization in the steel industry.
