This unique role offers the flexibility of working remotely 3 to 4 days a week, providing an excellent work-life balance. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on exciting commercial contracts and data protection cases within the region.

The ideal candidate for this Senior Commercial Lawyer position will bring a minimum of 7 years' experience in the region, with specific expertise in Commercial Contracts/IP/Data Protection. Experience in the Healthcare sector would be highly beneficial. You must possess excellent drafting skills and have the ability to work from home throughout your employment. Candidates who are currently based In-House are also encouraged to apply.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in the region
• Experience in Commercial Contracts/IP/Data Protection in the region
• Experience in the Healthcare sector is extremely beneficial
