WSP is currently seeking Senior Civil Engineers for Emiratization purposes who hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field to join our Transport and Infrastructure design team.

Your new role, what's involved:

1. Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design, development, and construction of civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, dams, water, and sewerage systems.
2. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
3. Oversee and manage engineering projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
4. Perform due diligence on the impact and feasibility of new construction sites.
5. Survey new construction sites and assess existing structures for upgrades.
6. Coordinate and supervise the work of all civil engineering activities on-site.
7. Review, approve, and process all civil technical submittals.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Civil Engineering, with at least 1-2 years in a senior role.
3. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methods.
4. Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
6. Working in a team environment, sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues.
7. Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize and plan effectively.
8. Experience with infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and utilities.
