Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with extensive experience in managing civil engineering projects, particularly in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have expertise in site management, project planning, and the ability to oversee complex construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and resource allocation.
2. Supervise, mentor, and lead junior engineers and site staff while coordinating with other departments for seamless project delivery.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and environmental standards. Conduct inspections to maintain high construction standards.
4. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve any project issues and meet requirements.

Key Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
2. Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in the civil engineering field, with at least 8 years spent in similar roles in the Gulf region.
3. Strong site management and project planning skills.
4. Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
5. Proficient in computer software related to civil engineering and project management.
6. Valid UAE driving license.
7. Engineering accreditation from the Unlimited Dubai Municipality (DM).
